Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders can be placed online 24/7 and will start processing within 3 business days, excluding the time for credit verification and product availability.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time:

In-stock products are generally delivered within 7 business days of being shipped, unless noted otherwise.
Pre-order items and accessories will be shipped separately and may take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Shipping time varies based on your location. For expedited shipping, select "Express Shipping" at checkout.

Delivery Addresses:

Aeroflow cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
PayPal address edits cannot be completed after an order is placed, so double-check your PayPal address.

Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via Aus Post, DHL, Startrak or FedEx.

Order Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent when the order ships. Click the tracking number to view the carrier's tracking information.

After Delivery: Products are shipped nearly fully assembled with installation instructions. For additional assistance, contact us.

Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Non-Quality Issues: Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused. Customers bear the return shipping cost for non-quality returns. Initiate a return by emailing your order number and reason to info@aeroflow.com.

Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us with your order number and a photo/video of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.

Refund Process: Returns are processed within one week. Refunds are issued every Friday and may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Use an insured, trackable mail service to return items.

Data Use: We use your personal information to provide services and communicate with you. Industry-standard techniques protect your data. Personal information is not shared without consent unless required by law or to enforce legal agreements.

Data Sharing: Personal information is not shared with third parties. Aggregated, anonymised data may be shared for service improvement. Third-party services for analytics may collect information about your use of our services.
